BAYM is a production-focused industrial company that supplies technical tape components for the disposable hygiene products industry.

BAYM Sağlık Ürünleri was founded in 2015 in Gaziantep's 2nd Organized Industrial Zone. Our core activity is the industrial-scale production and supply of closure-system components — side tape and frontal tape products — used in the baby diaper and adult hygiene products industry.

Our facility, equipped with automated lamination lines, precision slitting machines, adhesive application units and a quality-control laboratory, has an annual production capacity of more than 9.2 billion tape units. Our processes are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and CE standards.

Our customer portfolio consists of consumer-facing diaper manufacturers operating in Türkiye, the European Union, the Middle East and North Africa. Our supply relationships are built on long-term contracts and a custom development model.

Side tape products.

An adhesive tape component that closes the diaper at the waistline by sticking onto the front frontal surface. Produced as different series with mechanical (hook) and HOTMELT adhesion technology. Our production lines support widths from 47 mm to 75 mm.

Production line.
Five stages.

From raw-material intake to shipment packaging, the process runs through five core production stages. Every stage is connected to a dedicated quality-control checkpoint.

PROCESS DETAIL

Every batch entering the facility is tested in the BAYM laboratory for tensile elongation, grammage and chemical stability. Rejected batches are returned to the supplier; traceability records are stored for a minimum of 5 years.

Located in the 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, our facility is composed of three main areas: the production hall, the technical laboratory and the finished-goods warehouse.
